The Brief and Strategy

easyJet launched a new initiative inviting young Brits not in employment, education or training to explore a career as cabin crew. Our brief was to deliver authenticphotography assignmentsthat captured the energy of the taster sessions and the real stories behind them. We focused on hands‑on moments, safety demos, intercom use, trolley practice, life‑jacket drills, the inflatable slide and the confidence participants gained along the way. The shoot took place in training environments and onboard aircraft, controlledlocations for video and photo shootsthat demand careful planning and coordination.

Execution

Working closely with easyJet staff, ourpress photographerbrought a detailed shot list to life through dynamiclocation photo shoots. Despite a busy production week and a packed schedule, everything ran smoothly: access was secured, safety protocols were followed, and every required scene was captured with clarity and pace.

Competitor media were also present, but our images stood out thanks to crisp storytelling, natural interactions, and clean technical execution.
