The Brief
Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter launched its newFirst Year at Hogwartssummer feature to celebrate the 25th anniversary ofHarry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.
As part of the campaign, members of the original Weasley family cast reunited at the Studio Tour, returning to the iconic sets where they first brought their characters to life. PA Media Assignments was tasked with capturing the reunion through photography, creating engaging imagery that celebrated both the new feature and the enduring appeal of the Harry Potter franchise.

Challenge & Solution
The shoot involved a 5am call time and required close coordination with other photographers and an external video production team. With multiple stakeholders on-site and limited access to talent, careful planning was essential to maximise the available shooting time.
Working across several iconic Studio Tour sets, our photographer focused on capturing authentic interactions between the cast members, creating natural and engaging images that reflected the nostalgia and magic of the original films while meeting the client's tight deadlines

Results
The imagery was edited and distributed quickly, enabling media outlets to access the content on the morning of the event and maximise news value.
The final photographs successfully captured the warmth and authenticity of the cast reunion, resonating with both Harry Potter fans and the media. Despite a large volume of imagery being made available to journalists, PA Media Assignments' photographs performed exceptionally well, securing nine pieces of print coverage, including placements inThe Daily TelegraphandYorkshire Evening Post.
