Execution
Assignments assembled an experienced on-site team to capture the scale and spirit of the event, featuring performances from Luke Combs, Darius Rucker, Marty Stuart, and Mumford & Sons, hosted by Vernon Kay and Kelly Sutton.
With tight deadlines and complex approval of workflows for each artist, the team maintained continuous communication with both UK and US partners to ensure smooth coordination. On-site editing enabled real-time delivery of approved images, which were distributed across PA Media’s UK wire and the Associated Press Wire (APY) in the US maximising international reach and visibility.
